WebJan 17, 2014 · I prefer face based as well but when the only family from a manufacturer is ceiling based this can be annoying. Spending 20 minutes locating a specialty lighting family just to find it's useless after downloading and adding to your project library is a bummer. Really tho, it's an error by the manufacturer not Revit.
