WebSep 3, 2012 · Here's a photo of my sphere removal tool. Works on front corner spheres, front stiffness sphere and rear stiffness spheres. The rear corner spheres will need a different tool due to access. Basically the steel band is tightened by the caphead screw. The caphead screw passes through trunnions so it doesnt bend as it is tightened. The C5 spheres are a different size to other Citroens so possibly a different size to your existing tool may be needed for removal.
